Turnkey Electronics Manufacturing

Manufacturing electronic devices is a complex, multi-stage process that demands seamless collaboration between specialists. At Prodel, we ensure that every step-from initial design to final delivery-is executed with the highest precision.

Phase 1: Expert Design & Engineering

The foundation of every device is a meticulously designed circuit. Our electronics engineers create detailed schematics, develop PCB layouts, and select the optimal components and enclosures. Every element is tailored to the specific application, ensuring all technical requirements and environmental constraints are met.

Phase 2: Prototyping & Verification

Prototyping is where the design enters the physical world. We build and rigorously test prototypes to verify functionality, durability, and performance. Only once a prototype passes every quality gate do we proceed to serial production.

Phase 3: High-Precision Serial Production

Production takes place in our specialized, ESD-safe facility. We focus on strategic component sourcing to ensure total compatibility and reliability. Using state-of-the-art machinery (like our Yamaha SMT lines), components are assembled onto PCBs with micron-level accuracy.

Phase 4: Rigorous Testing & Quality Assurance

Quality is non-negotiable. Every device undergoes a series of functional tests at various stages of production. From initial assembly inspection to final pre-shipment testing, we guarantee that every unit leaving our facility is 100% operational.

Phase 5: Packaging & Logistics

The final stage is secure packaging and delivery. We use specialized ESD and shock-resistant materials to ensure safe transit. Whether shipping to a warehouse or directly to the end customer, we prioritize security and on-time delivery.

Modern electronics manufacturing is about more than just machines-it’s about continuous improvement and the integration of new technologies. Our processes are constantly refined to increase efficiency and support the production of increasingly advanced devices.

Compliance & Security: All our products are manufactured in strict accordance with European directives and safety standards. We guarantee that every device is safe for the end-user and fully compliant with international norms (CE, RoHS, ISO).

Electronic Component Assembly

Electronics assembly is the process of mounting and soldering electronic components-such as transistors, capacitors, and resistors-onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) or other electronic substrates. It is a critical stage in the production of electronic devices, ranging from consumer electronics like televisions and mobile phones to advanced computer systems and industrial equipment.

Electronics assembly can be performed manually or by using automated assembly machinery. In the manual process, an operator places components on the PCB according to a specific assembly plan. These elements are then soldered using soldering irons and solder paste. In the automated process, components are placed on the board by specialized high-speed machinery and subsequently soldered in a reflow oven.

The assembly of electronic circuits is a more complex process involving the integration of components into complete systems. These circuits consist of numerous elements, including transistors, diodes, capacitors, resistors, and many others. During this process, components are positioned on specialized substrates, such as PCBs or silicon substrates, and then securely soldered.

The assembly of electronics and electronic circuits is an incredibly important stage in the manufacturing of electronic devices. High-quality assembly ensures the reliability and durability of the device.

In recent years, electronics and circuit assembly technology has advanced significantly. Automated assembly machines are becoming increasingly sophisticated, enabling faster and more precise placement of electronic components. Modern assembly technologies, such as lead-free soldering, help minimize environmental impact-a crucial factor in today’s world.

At PRODEL, we employ the following methods for electronic component and circuit assembly:
montaż tht, produkcja elektroniki

 THT Assembly (Through-Hole Technology)

Through-Hole Technology (THT)

Individual electronic components, such as transistors, diodes, capacitors, etc., are mounted by inserting their leads through the PCB and soldering them on the opposite side of the board from the component.

SMT/SMD assembly (Suface-Mount-Technology)

Surface-Mount Technology (SMT)

This technology involves mounting electronic SMD components (surface-mount devices) directly onto the surface of the printed circuit board, eliminating the need for mounting holes.

Electronics based on SMD components feature higher component density, which is particularly crucial in the era of electronic device miniaturization.

Another significant advantage of this technology is that the assembly process is fully automated, ensuring unparalleled speed and precision compared to THT assembly.
