This Policy describes the rules for handling personal data and the use of cookies within the electronic service www.prodelelectronics.com.
§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Service Provider / Personal Data Administrator – Prodel Electronics sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Konstantynowska 42, 95-100 Zgierz, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7322210824, providing services electronically via the Service and storing and accessing information on the User’s devices.
Service – the website operating at www.prodelelectronics.com.
External Service – websites of partners, service providers, or contractors of the Administrator/Service Provider.
Policy – this Privacy and Cookie Policy.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including image, voice recording, contact details, location data, information contained in correspondence, or information collected via recording equipment or other similar technology.
User – a natural person for whom the Administrator/Service Provider provides electronic services via the Service.
Device – an electronic device together with software through which the User accesses the Service.
Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.
Personalized Advertising – the collection of data across multiple digital properties or other sources for the purpose of profiling and delivering advertising based on preferences or interests known or inferred from the collected data, as well as collecting data on user activity within one digital property or source for the purpose of profiling and delivering advertising through another digital property based on voluntary consent.
§ 2 PERSONAL DATA
1. Online Forms The User may provide their personal data to the Service Provider using forms available on the Service Provider’s websites:
Newsletter Subscription Form: Data provided in the newsletter subscription form is processed for the purpose of sending the requested newsletter to the User. The provided data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
Contact Forms: Data provided in contact forms is processed for the purpose of responding to the submitted correspondence. Data provided in the contact form will be processed for a period of 6 months from the date of submission.
2. Formal Consents The User may give voluntary consent for the processing of personal data provided in forms for marketing purposes by checking the appropriate boxes in the part of the form described as formal consents. Consents will be processed until they are withdrawn.
3. E-mail and Traditional Correspondence In the case of directing correspondence to the Service Provider via e-mail or traditional mail unrelated to services provided to the sender or another contract concluded with them, the personal data contained in this correspondence is processed solely for communication and resolving the matters to which the correspondence relates. Data related to e-mail or traditional correspondence will be processed for a period of 3 years.
4. Telephone Contact In the case of contacting the Service Provider by phone in matters unrelated to a concluded contract or provided services, the Service Provider may request personal data only when it is necessary to handle the matter to which the contact relates.
5. Video Surveillance To ensure the safety of persons and property, the Service Provider uses video surveillance and controls access to premises and the area managed by it. Data collected in this way is not used for any other purposes. Personal data in the form of surveillance recordings and data collected in the entry and exit register are processed to ensure safety and order on the premises and potentially for defense against or pursuit of claims. The processing period for recordings depends on the frequency of image recording on storage media and does not exceed 3 months.
6. Data Controller The administrator (Controller) of the personal data provided in points 1-6 is the Service Provider.
7. Cookies The User may give voluntary consent for the processing of their personal data in cookies for the purpose of profiling and conducting personalized advertising by the Administrator/Service Provider.
The Service Provider guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to it.
Providing data in forms is voluntary but necessary for the User’s order or the service for which the given form is intended.
The Service Provider does not share the personal data provided to it with any third parties.
Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
8. User Rights The User has the following rights:
The right to request access to their data, its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
The right to object to data processing;
The right to data portability;
The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent;
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Service Provider.
9. Data Entrustment The Service Provider hereby informs the User that it entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:

10. Policy Changes Due to the continuous development of the Service Provider’s services and products, as well as technological progress, the Service Provider reserves the right to change this Policy to keep it up to date.
§ 3 COOKIE FILES
When using the Service Provider’s website, cookies are created on the User’s terminal device as temporary text files. Types of cookies:
Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service’s IT system.
External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of External Services.
Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services during one session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted after the end of the Device session unless the User’s Device configuration is set to delete cookies after the end of the session.
§ 4 SECURITY
Storage and Reading Mechanisms – Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. The transfer of viruses, Trojan horses, or other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
Internal Cookies – Internal cookies used by the Administrator/Service Provider are safe for Users’ Devices.
External Cookies – The Administrator/Service Provider is not responsible for the security of cookies from the Service’s partners. A list of partners is provided later in the Cookie Policy.
§ 5 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

The Administrator/Service Provider bears no responsibility for improperly functioning Service features if the User restricts the possibility of saving and reading cookies in any way.
§ 9 CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY
The Administrator/Service Provider reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without having to inform users.
