The cost depends on the project’s complexity; therefore, we provide an individual, detailed quotation after analyzing your requirements. A very simple project including a prototype starts at a dozen thousand PLN. For more complex solutions with dedicated components and advanced software, costs can range from several hundred thousand to even a million PLN.

As with any product, manufacturing costs are influenced by the following factors: production setup costs, material costs, labor intensity, and scale. Scale is the keyword because the unit cost for a batch of 10 pieces will be significantly higher than for a batch of 1,000 pieces. We understand that some specialized devices are not intended for high-volume production. This is not an issue for us, but one must be aware that production costs will be proportionally higher in such cases.

Upon signing the contract, your company pays an initial deposit. The amount depends on the project’s scope. The contract specifies milestones, and subsequent payments are made upon the successful completion of each stage.

Typically, the process of designing and creating the first prototype takes between 3 to 6 months, depending on the device’s complexity, component availability, and required testing.

Absolutely. We maintain constant communication with our clients at every stage of both the design and mass production processes. Clients are welcome to visit us at any time to check the progress and the workflow.

Modern electronics require specialized equipment.
Our facility features a fully automated SMT assembly line consisting of an EKRA (Germany) solder paste printer, a Yamaha (Japan) pick & place machine, and a Heller (Korea) reflow oven. Through-hole components (THT) are soldered using a Pillarhouse (UK) selective soldering machine. Assembly accuracy is verified by a Marantz (Japan) AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system.

DFM is the optimization of a design for mass production. It is crucial because it minimizes unit costs, shortens assembly time, and eliminates errors in subsequent serial production.

Yes, we specialize in designing advanced IoT devices, embedded systems, and wireless communication solutions (e.g., LoRa, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi), ensuring high security and power consumption optimization.

All intellectual property rights to the designed electronics are transferred 100% to the client. This is guaranteed in the contract, along with the delivery of full technical documentation.

Absolutely. Signing an NDA is our standard procedure and the first step in our collaboration. The full security and confidentiality of your idea are our top priorities.

Our methodology minimizes the need for adjustments through DFM-based work and advanced testing. However, if changes are necessary, the costs and timelines are clearly defined in the prototyping agreement. Requested modifications that significantly exceed the scope agreed upon at the specification stage may incur additional fees.

We do not have a rigid, high MOQ. We tailor the size of pilot and production runs to the client’s needs – from small, specialized series to mass production.

Our production processes comply with ISO standards and include multi-stage functional, optical, and electrical testing for every manufactured unit.

Yes, we provide after-sales support, warranty and post-warranty service, as well as assistance in further product development (e.g., adding new features or cost optimization).

Our quotation is fully transparent and includes all NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) costs, as well as any fees for licenses or tooling. We ensure full financial clarity with no hidden fees.

We offer full flexibility. You can commission a comprehensive „concept-to-production” process or select a single service, such as schematic design or contract PCB assembly.

We utilize a wide array of technologies, from C/C++ and Python for embedded systems to STM32, ESP32, or advanced FPGA circuits, selecting them optimally based on performance and cost.

Yes, we provide comprehensive services. In addition to hardware, we design and integrate embedded software, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for device management.

Security is a priority from the design phase. We implement data encryption mechanisms, secure boot, and regular OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to protect against unauthorized access.

Yes, our design process is comprehensive. We cooperate with proven industrial designers, ensuring the perfect fit between the electronics and the enclosure, following DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
